CS18. PARKER "51" vacumatic First Year Double Jewel in Midnight Black with smooth Sterling Silver cap.  These caps were rhodium plated originally to prevent tarnishing.  95% of the examples out there are shiny silver, where the rhodium has been removed.  This example still has most of the rhodium plating still present, spotty in places.  The cap has no dents and the band and the sterling silver imprint at the top show practically no wear.  A rare cap to find in this shape.  I suppose you could remove the plating to make it a "perfect" cap, but that would be a crime. Double aluminum jewels.  Weak imprint on blindcap and plastic vac filler.  Fine 14k nib.  Restored and working perfectly, $950
